Reminder: Update Links to Mapping Your Future Web Site
Make sure your college partners who utilize Online Student Loan Counseling (OSLC) and/or have customized pages are aware of the September 16, 2008 "Special Edition" of Mapping Your Future's E-Update. This update reminds colleges which utilize Online Student Loan Counseling (OSLC) and/or have customized pages that, if not already completed, links must immediately be updated based the new Mapping Your Future site design (which was implemented on March 28, 2008).
CAM Processing Temporarily Suspended
As was originally announced in a September 29th
e-Message: in order to perform required system maintenance, Common Account Maintenance (CAM) files received by ISAC last Thursday and Friday,
October 2-3, 2008, were held for processing until tonight's overnight cycle (Monday, October 6th). CAM Confirmation and CAM Return files will be transmitted to lenders/servicers on Tuesday, October 7th.
November 21st: Next Commission Meeting
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Illinois Student Assistance Commission is set for Friday,
November 21, 2008, at National-Louis University in Chicago.
Holiday Schedules
ISAC and the National Disbursement Network (NDN) offices will be closed on the following dates:
- Tuesday, November 11, 2008
(Veterans Day Observation)
- Thursday, November 27, 2008
(Thanksgiving Day)
- Friday, November 28, 2008
(Day after Thanksgiving)
- Thursday, December 25, 2008
(Christmas Day)
- Thursday, January 1, 2009
(New Year's Day) Note that ELM Resources will continue to process and transmit files on all of the dates listed above.
Remember that you can access collegezone.com anytime, or send an e-mail message to ISAC's Lender Services Department. With the exception of holidays, ISAC staff will review and respond to messages during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT).
