Andrew A. Davis, Executive Director
 Mr. Andrew A. Davis was appointed Executive Director of the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) on January 1, 2007 after serving as a member of the Commission since October 24, 2005. Mr. Davis was the CEO and Founder of Pinnipedia, LLC, an investment company focused on electronic trading of financial instruments. Mr. Davis has previous securities industry experience as Chairman and CEO of The Rock Island Company; as Senior Vice President of Sanwa-BGK; and as Vice President of GNP Securities. He is a former member of the Board of Governors of the Chicago Stock Exchange and has served as its Vice Chairman. Mr. Davis received his B.A. degree in economics from Beloit College. Previously he served as a Trustee of Beloit College for 15 years and the last five as the Chairman of the Board. In addition, he has served in the past as Director on the Board of CHX Holdings, Inc., the Civic Federation and Youth Guidance. He resides in Chicago, Illinois.
