Constitution Day Resources Available at College Zone
9/4/2009

Educational institutions that receive federal funding are required to hold an educational program about the United States Constitution on September 17th of each year, commemorating the September 17, 1787 signing of the Constitution. The purpose of Constitution Day is to ensure that students in our country are gaining an increased knowledge and appreciation for this valuable and important document of freedom.

The Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) provides resources to help develop programs for the annual observance of Constitution Day. Access the Student Zone's Constitution Day Resources page via the Constitution and Citizenship Day document that is located in the e-Library's Job Aids & Reference Materials area at collegezone.com.
